Jacketed V notch ball valve adopts German technology design, which has simple structure, light weight and low material cost. The valve is more economical than the straight stroke regulating valve with the same flow capacity. It is a one-piece valve body without any fittings, so it is not affected by pipe or bolt stress, and since the valve body does not have any fittings, the pressure housing is not affected by pressure "sudden changes".
Features
Jacketed V notch ball valve features a leak-proof valve seat lined with a stainless steel core PTFE cup or O-ring at its outer diameter. The valve seat is made of tungsten-cobalt carbide with a large cross-section, and the structure of the valve seat is further enhanced by an alloy corrugated spring. It has a V-shaped valve body, even in the case of small flow or high viscosity medium, it can ensure the accuracy of control over the entire range.
